Smith’s Diner & Takeaway is a retro American style diner and eatery based in the heart of Cavan Town. We prepare all our food daily to provide the freshest experience each day for you. We provide a full wine menu, children’s menu & can also provide outdoor catering for your next event. Whether it be for an early Sunday breakfast or a late Friday night bite, we have you covered.

all into us and we’ll take care of you! Famous for our burgers, known far and wide for our chicken pieces and standing out from the crowd with our range of hot dogs, we have everything you need to make your next stop an important one.

Myself and my husband visit here at least 1 a week and cannot recommend it enough. The food is always fab and staff are great; a special mention to the boss Paul himself, always comes over and has a great chat with us and always have a great laugh. Keep up the great work u are all doing!!!

Love this place from the very delicious French toast breakfast to the tantalising healthy option Turkey burger… coffee is amazing staff are extremely inviting and uber family friendly they have all been so kind to my little lady… Always look forward to my weekly smith indulgence great job guys
